    “My wife and I decided to buy a house and within days after reaching out to Jen she had our offer accepted. Since it was a contingent offer we need to sell our house quick! Jen has a guy for everything. We were show-ready within a week. We had ZERO issues getting anything done with Jen's crew, from landscaping, painting, minor repairs, and drywall fixes, Jen made sure everything got done. Days before we were going to close our skylight started leaking. Every roofer I called had a weeks delay, but Jen got somebody out there the next day and they cut out the ceiling and replaced the insulation and drywall. I cannot tell you how awesome she is. Every single one of her recommendations were spot on. We put about $3500 into the house doing repairs and cosmetic updates and it was worth every penny. About Jen Weatherless

Jen Weatherless is a real estate agent and Notary Public that serves Central Virginia. She was born in Petersburg, VA, raised in Prince George County, and has planted her roots in Richmond for the last 15 years. This has given her first-hand insight into the areas she serves. Jen has 6 years of experience in many fields of real estate including listing and transaction management, resale, Commercial, land, wholesales, short sales, and she has been a part of over 1,000 real estate transactions since the beginning of her real estate career. Her passion for helping others is what motivates her and she would be honored to be your real estate agent.

In her spare time, Jen enjoys spending time with her 2 year old son & her family, spending quality time with her friends, going to the beach, watching documentaries, learning new things/researching various topics, and sleeping (it’s hard to come by these days…it’s one of my luxurious hobbies, hehe).
