FAQ

  • What should be my first step when buying a house?

Connect with a local lender to get a full picture of what you qualify for and what your monthly mortgage payment will be. Once you have this step completed, you can begin your home search with confidence.

  • What should be my first step when selling my home?

Ask yourself “what is my timeline?”, get a mortgage pay-off from your current lender, and set up a meeting with me. We will meet at your home and we will discuss your timeline, any listing preparation that may be needed (repairs, decluttering, staging, etc.) and I will present comps of your home with a few pricing recommendations.

Making homeownership feel possible for everyone, taking stress off of buyers and sellers by handling as much as possible for them, and seeing their excitement when they find their perfect property.
