Jen Weatherless is a real estate agent and mobile Notary Public that serves Central Virginia. She was born in Petersburg, VA, raised in Prince George County, and has planted her roots in Richmond for the last 16 years. This has given her first-hand insight into the areas she serves.

Jen started the workforce in the medical field. She was a CNA for 6 years and also did medical billing for an orthopedic surgeon. She came from a long line of nurses in her family and thought her life’s path was so go to nursing school and become a nurse. She was then introduced to real estate by a local high producing real estate agent and became their transaction coordinator, where she learned real estate from the ground up over 6 years. Jen has over 7 years of experience in many fields of real estate including listing and transaction management, resale, Commercial, land, wholesales, short sales, and she has been a part of over 1,000 real estate transactions since the beginning of her real estate career. Her background in healthcare includes a strong passion for helping others. Her genuine care and consideration for others is what drives her.

In her spare time, Jen enjoys spending time with her 3 year old son & her family, spending quality time with her friends, going to the beach, watching documentaries, learning new things/researching various topics, and sleeping (it’s hard to come by these days…it’s one of my luxurious hobbies, hehe).
